4 Hünerkeulen gehackt in Stücke
saure Tamarinde (für sauer)
Diverse Kräuter und Salate
Frühlingszwiebel
Gemüsebrühe
Salz
Pfeffer
Zucker
Oyster Sauce
 
First cut chicken and put inside is:  salt, Oyster, pepper, little bit oil then keep it 30 mins or more
Prepare Tamarind in boild water remove skin and cook tamarind for 30 min,
this is for get sour fruit water for Soup you can keep for long time in fride

 
Now make soup with water, spiced vegetable powder, sour fruit water and a tablespoon sugar. then start cooking , when water boiling then put all chicken inside and continue cook in 5 or 10 minutes.
After all finish then put Scallion last.
