First cut chicken and put inside: salt, Oyster, pepper, little bit oil. Then keep it 30 mins or more

Prepare Tamarind in boiling water, remove skin and cook tamarind for 30 min. This is to get sour fruit water for the Soup. It keeps for a long time in the fridge.

Now make the soup with water, spiced vegetable powder, sour fruit water and a tablespoon sugar. Then start cooking, when the water is boiling, put all chicken inside and continue to cook for 5 to 10 minutes. After all is finished put Scallion in.
